Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee relations guidance and support
• Track and oversee performance management cycles
• Organize workplace investigation documentation
• Provide recommendations on attendance-related matters
• Keep accurate records for compliance and audits
Requirements:
• HR-related degree or diploma is essential
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience with grievance administration preferred
• Strong organizational and writing skills
