Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across various digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce digital graphics for social media, web, email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages.

- Create branding materials such as logos, brand guides, brochures, and infographics.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual content strategies.

- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with strong organizational skills.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Ensure design deliverables are optimized for performance and accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent tools.

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and present innovative design solutions.

- Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.

- Good communication and time management skills.

- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Experience

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or agency environment.

- Experience designing for both print and digital media is essential.

- Prior experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Working Hours

- Full-time position

- Flexible hours with a requirement for a minimum 4-hour overlap with the core team (GMT or EST time zones preferred).

- Weekly deadlines and virtual team meetings via Zoom or Teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Attention to detail and consistency in design work.

- Ability to manage feedback constructively and apply revisions efficiently.

- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles is a plus.
