City of Lloydminster, Canada Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. Full time

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our Family Pharmacy team in Lloydminster, AB. This role will rotate across our three Family Pharmacy locations within the city.

This is a maternity leave coverage position for 13-14 months, beginning in December 2025.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.

- Administer vaccines and immunizations

- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions

- Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage

- Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities

- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

- Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy and the Alberta College of Pharmacy

- Injection certification is required

- Experience with Kroll is an asset

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
