Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the infrastructure division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the infrastructure division.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Monitor project costs and schedules, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project.
- Assist with financial processes, such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting.
- Support estimating and project planning activities, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates.
The Right Tools for the Job
- Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
- 4–5 years of construction experience, preferably on civil projects.
- Experience working with a General Contractor, with strong knowledge of construction management for civil projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, with experience in InEight considered an asset.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation
- Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum.
- Salary will commensurate with education and experience.
- Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan.
- 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
