As a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician, you will be essential to ensuring high-quality service in Alberta’s electrical and instrumentation sector. Your expertise will support the installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of various systems, including continuous emissions monitoring. Key Responsibilities
• Install and calibrate industrial instrumentation and electrical systems
• Support power generation and industrial equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnostics for reliability
• Read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Document maintenance records and job status accurately
Requirements:
• Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certificate required
• Knowledge of industrial electrical principles and instrumentation
• Valid safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, etc.)
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and DCS systems
• Flexible for shifts and overtime with a safety focus Leverage your skills to provide reliable instrumentation solutions at PTW in Athabasca.
