Purpose

The Sales Routing Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering strong customer relationships by providing superior customer service to our corporate clients while scheduling mobile site visits. The role primarily involves scheduling the mobile fleet in an efficient way that meets customer needs and expectations.

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Customer Service

- Build long‑lasting relationships with customers by communicating directly with them and identifying and scheduling mobile service opportunities. Inform and coordinate mobile service calls with our mobile fleet, customer success and new business development sales teams

- Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to requests for scheduled and non‑scheduled mobile service visits.

- Ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively, promptly, and with the utmost consideration.

Logistical Planning and Tracking

- Collaborate with customers in a timely manner to ensure that the mobile site visit is scheduled at least 60 days in advance.

- Ensure that our customers have received confirmation of their scheduled visits in advance; and send them any relevant marketing collateral.

- Respond and collaborate with Mobile fleet, Customer Success and Business Development teams in instances where scheduling adjustments may be required.

- Ensure data is entered into Salesforce and scheduling programs accurately in a timely fashion. Maintain accurate contact information and records in Salesforce and Jobber.

Communication Coordination

- Collect, coordinate, and maintain detailed documentation related to scheduled visits, customer plant shutdowns, annual vacation scheduling; communicate this information to Customer Success and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education or 2–3 years of route scheduling experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel.

- Strong technical skills: experience with Salesforce and scheduling software (e.g., Jobber) are an asset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination with customers and internal teams.

- Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns effectively.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure smooth execution of mobile visits.

- Flexible and adaptable to urgent requests and evolving client needs while maintaining high service standards.

- Collaborative team player who works well across departments to coordinate resources.

- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

- Self‑motivated, persistent, and service‑focused in supporting the customer experience and sales process.
