The University of Manitoba is searching for a Data Analyst within the Department of Family Medicine. This position focuses on program evaluation, reporting, and workforce planning responsibilities. Candidates will collect and interpret data, create dashboards, and support various evaluation activities, ensuring data quality and accessibility remain high priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze data to support evidence-based decision-making
• Develop effective dashboards and reports
• Conduct longitudinal analyses and audits
• Track key learner outcomes and workforce trends
• Collaborate with academic stakeholders for data improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or similar
• At least three years of experience in data analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and survey tools
• Excellent communication skills
