Key Responsibilities
• Provide practical legal advice on a broad range of matters
• Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Lead contract negotiations from inception to execution

Requirements:
• Member of the Quebec Bar
• At least seven years of legal experience
• Strong background in commercial contracting
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
