Victoria, Canada Tall Tree Health Full time

At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

Join a Team Obsessed with Best Practice, Growth, and Enjoying the Work We Do

Come be part of a team that’s unapologetically nerdy about best practice, lifelong learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. One of our core values is constant improvement—and we live it out through weekly Lunch & Learns, “Papers & Pints” research nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit and built-in mentorship and peer learning

As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll play a crucial role in redefining healthcare to prioritize holistic well-being and individualized care. You will deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services to clients facing a range of challenges— from physical health concerns, to persistent pain and chronic medical conditions. Caseload will be a mix of both pelvic health and orthopedic treatment, with an emphasis on pelvic health programming. Clinical services will be available in-person from the clinic and by telehealth.

Compensation:
Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $100,000–$150,000+ annually.

The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64%, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours:
We are open to someone looking for part time, full time, or for someone who is looking to build their availability to full time over time.

As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will:

- Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for a variety or patient populations including, Pelvic Health, Musculoskeletal presentations, Persistent Pain presentations, and Older Adults.
- Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and patient-centred. You’ll help educate individuals and their families about supportive communication strategies and acquired communication disorders.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Clinical Counselors, and more when indicated. You’ll collaborate especially closely with the pelvic health team on education and treatment programming, including attending team meetings and case consultation groups.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with established standards and procedures, and in a manner that facilitates multidisciplinary care.
- Keep growing. You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.

Requirements

We're looking for:

- A Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC). You have Level 1 and Level 2 Pelvic Health Solutions or an equivalent program.
- Clinical Excellence: You have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to mastering skills. You hold a profound respect for the complexity of human experience.
- A commitment to growth: You have a deep passion for learning and continuous growth and development. You bring an openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills: You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team. You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you’re speaking, listening, or writing. You use precise language, compelling reassurance, healing narratives, and consistent messages.
- Enthusiasm for teaching: You love sharing knowledge and can help mentor colleagues.
- Humility and curiosity: You have an eagerness to learn and collaborate.

Benefits

- Rest and re-charge - We offer generous paid vacation time, giving you the flexibility to fully disconnect, rest, and re-energize.
