About the Role
The Company is in search of an executive-level Head of Vendor Management to lead and enhance its Vendor Management Office (VMO) within the Digital Technology Strategy and Transformation group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end technology vendor ecosystem, including software, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions. This role demands a strategic leader who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology executives, driving strategic vendor selection, performance frameworks, third-party risk governance, and SLA compliance. The Head of Vendor Management will also be tasked with establishing robust KPI monitoring, leading performance reviews, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor value and accelerate digital capabilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in IT vendor management, technology procurement, or VMO leadership, with a strong background in major technology markets. The role requires a deep understanding of technology contract principles, third-party risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in VMO function optimization, be adept at influencing decisions at all organizational levels, and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Professional certifications in supply chain, procurement, risk, or IT governance are preferred.
