Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and train employees and subcontractors
• Conduct quality assurance inspections proactively
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
• Liaise with clients to address and resolve concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of people management experience
• 2 years of commercial janitorial cleaning experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Flexibility to interact with varied shifts Be a key player in delivering operational excellence while ensuring client and employee satisfaction.
