Key Responsibilities
• Review and process supplier invoices within JD Edwards ERP
• Prepare electronic and cheque payment runs
• Liaise with stakeholders to address payment queries
• Assist with cooking oil system reconciliation
• Maintain Canadian & US dollar petty cash funds
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in an accounting or administrative role
• Experience with automated Accounts Payable systems
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
