Wipro Limited seeks a Technical Lead with expertise in Java and application support. This role focuses on backend troubleshooting and performance monitoring within a collaborative environment. As a Technical Lead, you will provide L3 support for Java, JavaScript, and Tomcat applications while ensuring efficient database management. Your responsibilities will include resolving integration issues, analyzing logs, and supporting deployment activities. Your strong troubleshooting skills across multiple technologies will be key in addressing and documenting production incidents.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L3 support for backend Java and JavaScript applications
• Investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot production issues
• Perform SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
• Document fixes and support procedures for the team
• Collaborate with business users to resolve application concerns

Requirements:
• 8+ years of software development/support experience
• Proficient in Java, Boomi Integration, SQL Server
• Eligible for Canadian Government Level 2 Secret Clearance
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
