Kinton Ramen is seeking a Line Cook to support our energetic team at 515 Sterling Lyon Parkway. This role requires at least one year of cooking experience and a valid Food Handler Certificate. You'll be responsible for meal preparation, monitoring food quality, and maintaining health standards in a high-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and portion menu items with precision
• Monitor food temperatures and prepare garnishes
• Maintain organized workstations and kitchen areas
• Operate dishwasher and conduct sanitation duties
• Follow food safety and health policies at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum one year cooking experience in a restaurant
• Food Handler Certification is a must
• Strong communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
