Key Responsibilities
- Interpret global requirements into product, testing, supplier, and documentation controls
- Lead chemical compliance, including RSL and MRSL governance
- Oversee risk-based testing for materials, products, and packaging
- Manage labelling compliance, documentation, and regulatory changes
- Lead investigations, CAPA, remediation, product holds, or recalls
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product compliance, chemical management, safety, quality, or related fields
- 4+ years leading people through coaching and capability development
- Bachelor’s degree in textiles, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, or related discipline
- Knowledge of REACH, Proposition 65, CPSIA, RSL/MRSL, and substances-of-concern frameworks
- Experience with testing, risk assessment, CAPA, supplier compliance, traceability, and documentation Bring product-safety leadership, chemical compliance expertise, and cross-functional influence to Canada Goose’s global product operations.
