Key Responsibilities
• Deliver administrative support to Care Coordinators
• Process patient referrals and manage service orders
• Maintain confidential patient records with accuracy
• Input and manage patient data in electronic systems
• Address a high volume of inquiries from patients and families
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 education
• 2+ years of office experience in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office and database software
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and organization
