As a Learning Designer at TD, you'll utilize strong instructional design skills and innovative methodologies to develop learning solutions that align with business goals. Collaborating with subject-matter experts, you will create personalized curricula, workshops, and assessments while ensuring adherence to quality and accessibility standards. Your expertise will help foster employee growth and capability uplift throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop engaging learning experiences based on business requirements
• Design digital and instructor-led training across various formats
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm learning objectives
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of learning materials
• Create assessment tools to measure learner success
Requirements:
• At least three years of instructional design experience
• Knowledge of ADDIE and SAM methodologies
• Experience in developing content for multiple learning modalities
• Strong writing and project coordination skills
• Commitment to quality and learner-centered design Utilize your instructional design skills to create impactful learning experiences at TD and support organizational growth.
