Job Overview

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic, either full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong treatment background but also demonstrate professionalism, excellent work ethics, true passion for massage therapy, and a long-term commitment to client care. We value therapists who are dedicated to building lasting relationships with our clinic, our clients and contributing positively to our team and clinic’s growth.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to client needs, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities such as lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping massage, and hot stone therapy, etc.
- Review client medical histories and conduct orthopedic assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client treatments and progress.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area at all times, and strictly follow clinic manager’s instructions regarding operations and maintenance.

Skills

- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients about their conditions and treatments.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and enhance their overall experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information regarding treatment plans and aftercare instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
