Based in Markham, Ontario, you will have a key role in shaping both immediate and long-term hiring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that align with organizational objectives and values.
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing recruitment team to deliver timely, quality hires for all departments.
- Expand candidate pipelines by building strong relationships with industry networks, professional associations, and diversity-focused organizations.
- Optimize recruitment processes with data-driven methods to enhance sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding results.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics—such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates—to drive continuous improvement.
- Design creative hiring strategies for hard-to-fill roles, collaborating with external recruitment partners as needed.
- Champion the organization’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
- Actively participate in workforce planning and talent management reviews to support forecasting and future staffing needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging digital platforms, social media, and partnerships with academic institutions.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with best practices in every aspect of recruitment
