An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join an independent engineering and surveying consultancy.

• Undertaking comprehensive building surveys and defects investigations.
• Conducting party wall surveys across diverse projects.
• Acting as principal designer for CDM commissions.
• Administering contracts and preparing specifications and schedules of work.
• Assisting with asbestos surveys and preparing construction management plans.
• Carrying out schedules of conditions and advising on dilapidations.
• Providing technical support for all aspects of building surveying disciplines.

• Prior experience working as a Building Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or in a similar role.
• A degree accredited by RICS in Building Surveying (ideally).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
