This position owns key processes such as annual planning, metrics and dashboard development, leadership reporting, and executive decision support. Advanced proficiency in data visualization, executive presentation development, and strategic planning methodologies are essential. **About the Role** In this opportunity as **Senior Strategy and Operations Lead**, your key responsibilities will include:* Strategic Planning & Performance Management: Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function.* Metrics & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes.* Executive Decision Support: Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and marketing optimization.* Leadership Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and develop materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
