Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed quality audits across airport functions
• Engage in root cause analysis and corrective recommendations
• Compile operational performance reports for trends
• Coordinate safety investigations and corrective actions
• Liaise with multiple departments for process enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• 3-5 years in quality assurance or airport operations
• Certified Auditor (ISO/ASQ/IOSA) preferred
• Proficient in Windows applications and data analysis
