Key Responsibilities
• Lead health and safety initiatives at the production site
• Manage financial performance and budget development
• Drive quality assurance in product production
• Optimize operations for raw materials sourcing and costs
• Foster strong community and environmental relations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years industrial manufacturing experience
• 5 years progressive management experience
• Bilingual in French and English
