The Director will shape strategic vision for admissions across the K-12 continuum, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission. Key skills include relationship-building, data-driven strategy, and dynamic communication with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a mission-aligned enrollment strategy
• Manage the entire admissions lifecycle and policies
• Enhance communication with applicant families
• Supervise admissions staff and events
• Analyze retention trends and oversee continuous enrollment

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of admissions experience
• Expertise in IB World Schools
• Familiarity with marketing and admissions databases
