Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Equans site representative and Key Individual
- Lead teams supporting contract compliance and service delivery
- Forecast finances and explain budget deviations weekly
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Maintain client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of progressive facilities leadership experience
- Healthcare, hospital, acute care, or institutional facilities experience
- Experience managing unionized environments and collective agreements
- CMMS and Microsoft Office experience
- English communication and Canadian work authorization Bring healthcare facilities leadership, operational analysis, and financial management expertise to Equans’ Toronto service contract.
