Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on oversight of corporate services
• Collaborate in developing strategic organizational plans
• Coach and mentor high-performing teams
• Maintain relationships with employees and funders
• Prepare detailed financial reports for senior leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• CPA designation essential
• Minimum 8 years of management experience
• Expertise in finance, HR, and IT functions
• Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft 365 suite preferred Lead with vision and integrity to enhance community health at RCDHU.
