- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and engineering process improvement
- Remove roadblocks and establish guardrails for delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Business Technology, and engineering leaders
Requirements:
- Established software engineering and leadership experience
- Strong full-stack technical, design, and architecture background
- Ability to deliver impactful projects on time
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Comfort with AI tools and augmented development rhythms Bring engineering leadership, coaching, and full-stack expertise to Jobber’s SP Operations teams and growing platform.
