The Pega Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for business-critical applications. This role will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal platform utilization, and successful delivery of Pega transformation solutions supporting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and support the Pega BPM platform.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Pega applications to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and system integration.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for high availability and security.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Leverage integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, and HTTP to support business solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM.
- 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience in Pega application development and system administration.
- Proficiency with Linux and shell scripting.
- Strong SQL knowledge for query writing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Expertise in integration technologies: SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Knowledge of Python scripting.
- Experience with Git and pull request workflows.
