Key Responsibilities
- Command Sev1 through Sev4 incidents through technical resolution
- Assemble responders and lead Zoom bridges and incident channels
- Investigate probable causes using Kibana, Grafana, and Unix tools
- Publish templated status updates and document incident timelines
- Facilitate postmortems and drive resulting actions to closure
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of IT support, NOC, or incident experience
- Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of Jira, Zendesk, Statuspage, Kibana, and Grafana
- Working Unix command line proficiency
- Interest in networking, systems operations, or cybersecurity Bring structured troubleshooting, decisive command, and clear incident communication to Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity operations team.
