Location:Fully Remote position (proximity to the clinic - Downtown Vancouver and North Vancouver for tours 3-4 tours a month).

We are looking for a clinically-minded, ambitious and organized self-starter who loves building relationships with clients. The Clinical Enrollment Nurse (CEN) will be accountable for introducing and educating individuals and families about the prevention-based programs at TELUS Health Care Centres. By assessing and evaluating patients' health needs and goals you will be responsible for developing and driving how we enroll new clients into our ongoing preventive healthcare program. The primary area of focus will include responding to incoming inquiries and working closely with prospective clients to guide them through our enrollment process. Other responsibilities include day-to-day operational support for the patient base and administrative duties as required.
What you'll do
- Own the individual client relationship
- Manage the enrollment process for incoming inquiries in accordance with TELUS' policy and procedures
- Engage the client to fully understand their healthcare needs through a clinical lens and evaluate suitability of a prevention-based medical service
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in every client interaction to drive real and long-standing business and clinical value
- Engage the necessary resources from within the extended clinical team to fully support the needs of the business
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Registration with BC College of License Practical Nurses (LPN) as a practicing LPN registrant
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (private or public sector) along with successful experience in a sales role
- Previous experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Ability to perform detailed and thorough assessments of clients
- Relationship building is a key skill of yours
- You are ultra-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The phone is your friend and you're not afraid to pick it up and call clients to discuss their health goals
- You have the ability to view the meeting from the client's perspective
- Clients trust you and if they don't today you have the aptitude to build a trust-based relationship with the client
- You have a positive attitude and a solutions-based approach and can anticipate and identify challenges and propose ways TELUS Health can help

Salary Range: $23-$44
