If you are interested in completing a management development program and becoming a Giant Tiger store manager/owner, this opportunity may be perfect for you. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in their career and community.
We offer the opportunity to train amongst the best business operators in Canada. Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.
Store manager, Job Highlights:

Store Manager Requirements:
- A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software
