Key Responsibilities
• Build the transformation roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership
• Track program progress and manage risk exposure
• Prepare and present key status reports and updates
• Lead change communications, training, and enablement
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• 8+ years in HR transformation or management consulting
• Strong project management experience in M&A integrations
• Mastery of organizational design and workforce planning
• Capable of influencing across complex entities
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Contribute to successful HR transformation at SLC Management and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
