Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service on every flight. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining safety protocols, and creating a comfortable experience for all passengers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members during flights.

- Deliver top-quality in-flight customer service, including serving meals, snacks, and beverages.

- Demonstrate and explain safety procedures prior to takeoff.

- Respond to passenger inquiries, requests, and any onboard issues promptly and professionally.

- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage placement.

- Administer first aid and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

- Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with airline regulations and standards.

- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including elderly, children, and disabled travelers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or additional languages is an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

- Must meet physical requirements: good health, vision, and ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle diverse passenger needs.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

- Training will be provided for selected candidates.

Working Hours

- Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

- Flight attendants work on a roster basis with variable hours depending on flight schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Knowledge of airline safety protocols and emergency procedures.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.

- Excellent teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines.
