Historically across the industry, fees and commissions generated by an advisor's book of business go to the dealer or financial institution, which then pays a percentage to the advisors. Some dealers and institutions pay more, some less. Yet in all cases, a significant portion of what advisors generate funnels up to the top levels. We decided to turn the model on its head.
FORTÜNA Wealth Management views the dealer as a flow-through structure, where funds are transferred to the advisors without any third party taking a percentage.
At FORTÜNA, advisors gain the exclusive opportunity to acquire a share. Collectively, advisors cover the costs associated with maintaining the dealer. That's what we call a Shared Dealer Structure. These expenses are calculated annually and split, resulting in an equitable and cost-effective model. For each individual advisor, expenses are modest. As the community of advisors grows, the costs per individual advisor decrease.
This approach ensures that all commissions – 100% of them – flow through to the advisors. We do not deduct one nickel.
A corporation that transfers 100% of the commission to their advisors, without retaining any profit, has been non-existent – until now. We believe in shifting the focus away from profit accumulation and towards empowering advisors. You give 100% to your clients and deserve 100% of the commissions.

FORTÜNA Wealth Management has introduced a groundbreaking shared expense model. The costs of maintaining the dealer are distributed among advisors, creating a fair, transparent, and cost-effective solution for everyone. The costs shared are solely intended to cover our expenses, not to generate profits for any party involved. All income will be distributed to advisors.
