Tasks

- Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, offering a red-carpet worthy experience.
- Reserve seats at gaming tables for guests, carefully personalizing their experience.
- Engage guests during their wait in an entertaining and lively manner to maintain a positive and exciting atmosphere.
- Manage game tournaments, assigning player positions to tables to ensure smooth and enjoyable proceedings.
- Provide impeccable customer service by anticipating guests' needs and proactively meeting their expectations.
- Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring a smooth transition from waiting to playing.
- Create memorable moments for guests, ensuring they feel special and valued throughout their visit.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional service and ensuring team cohesion.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform any other related duties necessary for the smooth operation of the activities.

Job requirements

- Be available to attend a full-time, paid mandatory training.
- You are at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in team management or a related position.
