We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Advisor (Sales) to join our team in Cornwall, Ontario, on a permanent full-time basis. As part of our employee promise, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of Independent Business Unit accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term client satisfaction
- Contribute to revenue growth by selling new policies and writing new business to existing and new clients
- Provide customers with prompt and trusted service, easing concerns and delivering knowledgeable service
- Review and process commercial paperwork, quotes, and renewals
- Communicate with insurance companies, underwriters, and adjusters to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

- High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Sales experience in any industry is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry is an asset
- RIBO insurance license preferred or must be obtained upon hire
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
