- Analysis and support of SAP Basis/NetWeaver Administration while being guided by a senior Basis analyst.
- Support on one or more, simple to moderately complex projects as a project team member.
- Regularly monitor and check system components for errors, take the necessary corrective action.
- Prepare documentation of checklists, procedures, and design diagrams relating to SAP systems.
- Support the Maintenance of all SAP environments.
- Perform Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system problems that involve SAP Modules. Knowledge & Skills General Understanding of SAP Business ERP Systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Effective and enthusiastic team player, who works efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. Strong technical management and support skills, specifically able to work with end users to identify and resolve business issues in an innovative manner. Proficient in Document creation. Strong analytical and customer service skills. Self-motivated and disciplined, work with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Education Pursuing a Post-Secondary degree or diploma in, Computer Science, Information System, or other related studies. Experience Understanding of ITIL practices. Previous experience working in a team orientated, collaborative environment is required. Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and database administration. This page can't load Google Maps correctly.
