destinationone Consulting is building a talent pool for Cytotechnologists across various Ontario locations. In this role, you will prepare specimens, document findings, and keep up with advancements in cytopathology. Additionally, you'll assist in educating staff on cytology practices, playing a crucial role in patient care and treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and assess cytology specimens for anomalies
• Document and communicate results efficiently
• Stay updated on cytopathology advances
• Educate healthcare staff on cytology techniques
• Collaborate with pathologists for accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in cytotechnology or relevant field
• Certification as a Cytotechnologist (ASCP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills Make a significant impact in early disease detection as a Cytotechnologist in Downtown Toronto.
