As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all. Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
- Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
- Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
- British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
- All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th Qualifications/Experience
- Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a strong client focus.
