About the opportunity
The Product Owner is a highly skilled, versatile, dedicated subject matter expert who will directly contribute to the success of the Marketing Technology team’s objectives and goals. We’re looking for a Product Owner experienced in engaging stakeholders, customers and employees across all groups and levels to enhance and implement a robust and effective set of enterprise marketing tools. The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; have a big picture vision along with the drive to make that vision a reality, and strong experience with AI. The Product Owner will serve as the owner of their assigned capability and will drive prioritization and execution to ensure we are delivering the desired experiences and business outcomes.
What you'll get to do
- Serve as the product owner for the capabilities delivered through Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders across all functions to understand their demand, capture ideas, and shape them into actionable initiatives.
- Review the business backlog of ideas on a regular basis and help determine the right direction.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and business impact of initiatives.
- Define and maintain a product roadmap that balances innovation, feasibility, and business priorities.
- Manage tradeoff decisions between scope, speed, and value, while offering creative, scalable solutions.
- Oversee the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and acceptance criteria for all features.
- Drive user adoption by developing strategies, playbooks, and training to optimize usage of tools.
- Develop strategies and plans to drive end user adoption and optimization.
- Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule while offering alternative solutions.
- Provide work assignments to Business Analysts supporting the associated development teams.
- Work with many internal teams to develop a unified and exceptional customer experience and user experience.
- Participate in feature assessment, requirements gathering and documentation.
- Collaborate with Architect Review Board, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Risk Management for new software considerations.
- Research and investigate emerging technologies, best practices and tools to continuously improve the capabilities, with AI top of mind.
- Support marketing partners in designing and building Custom GPTs for various capabilities.
- Lead PI planning for the Marketing area. Design and drive all aspects of sprint management to complete our internal customer requests within the required timeline without sacrificing quality.
Skills and experience we value
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally focused on Marketing Technology.
- Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and stakeholder outcomes.
- Strong skills in roadmap development, backlog management, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (including PI planning, sprint management, and iterative delivery).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needs and proactively identify opportunities where AI and automation can add value.
- Evidence of strong analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking
- Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes
- Positive attitude with a drive and capacity to learn quickly with ability to collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects under pressure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, HR Tech, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, or collaboration technology leadership.
- Solid understanding of HR and HCM workflows, digital workplace strategies, and employee experience metrics (preferred).
- Proven program management, cross‑functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must have experience with both Marketo and Salesforce platforms.
- Must have experience with Jira.
- Must have hands‑on experience with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
- Nice to have: DemandBase and ZoomInfo.

Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders, co‑workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship.
