Key Responsibilities
- Provide department leadership and guidance for program implementation
- Coordinate communication between administration and department members
- Facilitate appropriate delivery of Science programs
- Compile Ministry and Board curriculum requirements
- Lead professional development supporting the school improvement plan
Requirements:
- Intermediate and Senior Science qualifications
- Honour Specialist qualification in Science
- Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
- Understanding of current secondary education priorities
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership skills Support Catholic school culture and effective Science programs while advancing student achievement through collaborative department leadership.
