What will your typical day look like? You will lead complex transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive program delivery across multiple industries. You’ll facilitate executive workshops, oversee risk and quality management, and coach junior team members. You’ll be responsible for program planning, change management ensuring project profitability, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and drive sales pipelines. Industry exposure includes financial services, consumer/retail, government and public services, and more. Client service is at the heart of this role: you will be expected to build and maintain trusted relationships, understand client objectives, and deliver solutions that exceedbsd expectations. About the team Operations Excellence (& Delivery) is anchored in four pillars: - Functional Delivery: Leading solution design and requirements management, influencing business strategy and delivery scope. This pillar ensures that business needs areヒtranslated into actionable technology solutions and that requirements are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle. - Transformation Leadership: Driving large‑scale change, managing portfolios, and ensuring benefits realization. This pillar is responsible for structuring, governing, and optimizing programs, change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. - Delivery Leadership: Setting the tone for quality delivery, managing engagement financials, and building broad client relationships. - Process Engineering: Leading process redesign, implementing automation, and guiding clients through complex challenges. Total Rewards The salaryOffered range for this position is $80,000 - $138,ვალისწ payday range. Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
