If so, you might be the person we are searching for We have an opening for a Product Owner Specialist - SAP CIS (ISU) and the key role is to help manage the delivery of the SAP platform solution, ensuring the solution meets the business requirements and enables the benefits desired. You will provide SAP solution expertise to the SAP/Customer Care functional work stream. The position is responsible for managing the Billing, Credit and Collections and batch processing aspects of the SAP ISU product (software) requirements, solution design and features.

What You Will Do:

- Leads the techno functional effort for the SAP solution related to Billing, FICA and CRM; owns, maintains and communicates the SAP Product Backlog as required.
- Acts in a "two in the box" capacity with the PO DM, MMR, and Meter reading counterparts; reviewing work plans and approaches; validating strategies and designs; providing guidance to ensure fit for purpose for Enbridge.
- Supports SAP Business Support Team as required including participation in design, testing and deployment activities.
- Communicates effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, delivery and enablement, operations and our shared services TIS team members as required. Reports on the status, issues, key activities and any deliverable changes (Product Backlog).
- Advocate for the business in all stages of solution definition, development, and testing.
- Proactively identifies and communicates risks factors and contingency plans to ensure they are properly mitigated prior to any issue arising as it pertains to SAP solution components.

Who You Are:

- University degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent experience.
- 7+ yrs. experience working in SAP IS-U with Billing and credit and collection experience, or similar role.
- Experience with maintaining a Product Backlog.
- Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in SAP IS-U.
- Experience solutioning, crafting, understanding, and applying business requirements to estimates to ensure business benefits are delivered and a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess a background in SAP IS-U Billing and Credit and Collections related processes, data, and systems.
- Candidates should also possess experience of working on large projects.
- Experience with managing complex, large scale, integrated systems.
- Ability to influence work activities / decisions as needed at different levels within the organization to clear obstacles.

- Office environment.
- Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and decisions affect all integrated processes associated with new or changed business or operations.
- Travel approximately 5-10% between regions/office locations.
