Key Responsibilities
• Register new tenders, RFPs, and RFQs efficiently
• Audit and ensure completeness of tender packages
• Prepare thorough Go/No-Go decision packs
• Maintain the master tender calendar and deadlines
• Manage client clarifications and tender submissions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in tender/proposal coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and vendor portals Contribute to Technica Mining’s success by ensuring effective tender management and successful submissions.
