This role is critical in shaping winning bids by analyzing customer expectations, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to determine the optimal price point that maximizes win probability while maintaining profitability.**Summary of Key Responsibilities:*** Develop Price to Win models to shape pricing decisions and capture strategies.* Perform competitor profiling and cost benchmarking using historical data and market intelligence.* Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical teams to align PTW with solution design and win strategy.* Conduct customer evaluation analysis (budget, procurement behavior, price sensitivity).* Build and validate scenario-based pricing models (parametric, Excel-based).* Present PTW findings to management for price reviews and governance boards.* Maintain and update PTW assessments throughout the bid lifecycle.* Gather, analyze, and centralize competitor and market intelligence to feed PTW models and decision-making.* Contribute to process improvements for PTW integration and support for strategic pursuits.**Our ideal candidate has :*** Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.* 5-10 years experience in price to win methodology, pricing, costing, or competitive analysis (defense or high-tech industry preferred).* Ability to research and analyze competitor capabilities, pricing behaviors, and win themes; proficiency in SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.* Expertise in building parametric and scenario-based pricing models; advanced Excel modeling and validation using historical data and benchmarks.* Understanding of customer evaluation criteria and scoring systems; ability to simulate price-to-score trade-offs to identify the win zone.* Strong analytical and business acumen; autonomous and proactive.* Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain and defend assessments to senior stakeholders.* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Bilingual (French and English) is required.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
