Agriculture Equipment Shop Foreman

Agriterra Equipment is one of North America's largest AGCO dealers, representing exceptional brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. We are looking for an exceptional Shop Foreman to join our team in Camrose, AB. Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic is preferred (agriculture experience isn't required but would be a bonus).

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

- Working on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands:

- Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Caterpillar agriculture products, and more
- Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)
- Skid steer loaders, loaders, telehandlers, and excavators

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Supervise shop personnel and assign technicians to the appropriate job duties.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed.
- Work alongside the Service Manager and Advisor to monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency, and completion.
- Ensure quality control, assist, and advise technicians, and make recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment.
- Perform diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections of equipment.
- This position will be based in the shop.

What are we looking for?

- A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic is required.
- Experience with agriculture equipment is a bonus (including experience growing up or working on a farm), but not required.
- Superior leadership and organizational skills.
- Problem solver with great communication skills, able to assist in finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges.
- Proficient with computers and electrical diagnostics.
