In this role at St. George Pharmacy, you will assist with prescription processing and inventory management while ensuring a clean and organized pharmacy. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Experience in a pharmacy is an asset but on-the-job training is available for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in entering, labeling, and packaging prescriptions
• Greet customers and manage inbound calls professionally
• Support inventory audits and medication receipt
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
• Perform clerical tasks including filing and assisting with insurance claims
Requirements:
• Completion of a pharmacy assistant program preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kroll software
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift occasionally
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Be a key player in enhancing patient experiences through effective pharmacy support at Neighbourly Pharmacy.
