Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle United States payroll across multiple states
- Manage multi-provincial Canadian payroll processes
- Oversee two direct payroll reports and improve processes
- Complete payroll audits and reconciliations
- Oversee CRA and IRS remittances and year-end reports
Requirements:
- Knowledge of state, local, and federal payroll compliance
- Strong Dayforce HCM configuration and systems experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables
- PCP or PLP certification
- Availability onsite one or two days weekly Apply payroll leadership, Dayforce HCM expertise, and cross-border compliance knowledge across United States and Canadian operations.
