We’re searching for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor. Are you searching for new possibilities? Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor in Maple Ridge, BC at our Westgate Centre location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $22.75 on a 35‑hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.
Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:
- Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
- Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six‑week training period and beyond
