Key Responsibilities
• Respond to crises in-person and virtually
• Conduct psychosocial and safety assessments
• Create and review client care plans
• Provide clinical intervention and counseling

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in the mental health field
• Degree or diploma in human services
• Certification in crisis intervention and first aid
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
